Privacy policy

Plain-language summary of how xolbor.fun handles your data. Last updated September 2026.

What we collect

Xolbor collects the minimum needed to run the marketplace: your wallet address or connected account (email OTP, Google, Discord), order history, listing content you publish, and dispute evidence you submit. We do not ask for passwords for third-party services, ever.

How we use it

To operate orders and escrow, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and send transactional updates about your orders. If you opt in, we also send launch and product updates by email; every message has a one-click unsubscribe.

Payments and chain data

Token payments ($XOLBOR, $RBLX) settle on Robinhood Chain and are public by nature. Fiat payments (card, PayPal) are processed by payment processors under their own privacy policies; Xolbor never stores full card numbers.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working (session, consent state). Optional analytics cookies help us understand usage. You choose in the consent banner: Essential only or Accept all. You can change your choice anytime by clearing site data and reloading.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to operate (payment processors, infrastructure), when required by law, or to resolve a dispute between a buyer and seller. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

You can request an export or deletion of your account data from inside Settings once the app launches. Deleting your account removes personal data we are not legally required to keep for dispute and fraud records.

Contact

Questions about privacy: reach the team from the app once launched, or via the contact channel published at launch. This is a demo build; no live payments are processed yet.
