Terms of service

The rules of using xolbor.fun, in plain language. Last updated September 2026.

What Xolbor is

Xolbor is an independent marketplace where users buy and sell Roblox-related goods (Robux, topups, gift cards, accounts, items, boosting services), dev resources, and pay-per-play promotion campaigns. Xolbor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

Accounts and eligibility

You need a wallet or a supported login (email OTP, Google, Discord). You confirm you are of legal age to transact in your jurisdiction. One person, one account; ban evasion terminates all related accounts.

Orders and escrow

Buyer payments are held in escrow until the order completes. Sellers deliver exactly what the listing promises. Buyers get a 24-hour inspection window after delivery to confirm or dispute. If the window closes silently, funds release to the seller.

Fees

Sellers pay no commission. Buyers paying with $XOLBOR or $RBLX pay 0% platform fee plus network gas. Buyers paying with card or PayPal pay payment processor costs plus a 10% platform fee, all shown before confirmation. Estimates never increase after you confirm.

Disputes

Either side can open a dispute during the inspection window. Both sides submit evidence; an admin decides a full refund, full payout, or split. The decision is final for that order. Repeated bad-faith disputes lead to account suspension.

Promotion campaigns

Campaign budgets are funded up front in $XOLBOR or $RBLX and billed per verified play. Unspent budget is returned to the campaign wallet when the campaign ends or is stopped.

Prohibited use

No stolen goods, chargeback fraud, off-platform payment circumvention, or content that violates Roblox terms. Listings violating these rules are removed and accounts forfeit escrow on affected orders.

Liability

Xolbor provides the marketplace, escrow, and dispute infrastructure. Where local law requires, liability is limited to the value of the affected order. This is a demo build: payments, escrow, and campaign data are simulated until launch.
